Can you give me more information on a product?You can find details for each product on the product page. This can be found in the Description and Production Information sections of the page. This will include features as well as specifications which will provide you with dimensions and weights. When will the item I want be in stock?All out-of-stock products will be restocked as soon as more stock becomes available. You can add an out-of-stock product to your wish list to be notified when it is back in stock by clicking Add to Wishlist on the product page of the specific product.

How do I request a quote?Dampfin.com operates as an online ecommerce website, offer a wide range of products. This structure allows us to provide a diverse selection of items to our customers. However, it also means that we can not provide quotes for specific items. Our prices can fluctuate based on what our suppliers make available to us, and the competitive nature of our marketplace. This dynamic pricing model is one of the reasons why we are unable to provide quotes.

How do I cancel an order?You can cancel an order if you have not yet paid for it. If you have already paid for your order, contact us on sales@dampfin.com, to check if your order is eligible for cancellation. If you have not yet paid for your order, go to your orders page, select the order you would like to cancel and click the ‘Cancel Order’ button.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?It is not possible to add or remove items in your order. On selected orders, we could make changes to your scheduled delivery date, delivery address, shipping method or assist with an order item cancellation. Placing ordersShopping on dampfin.com is quick and easy, follow these instructions: Find products you wish to buy Search for products by clicking on the "Shop"button. When you find a product that interests you, click on the product title to see more details, including stock availability and estimated shipping times. Add products to your Shopping Cart Find the product you want to buy and click Add to Cart. Simply click on the "X" at the top of your Added to Cart pop-up to continue shopping. You can view the contents of your cart at any time whilst shopping, by clicking on the cart button at the top right-hand side of any page. Checkout Click on the cart button at the top right-hand side of the page and review the items in your cart. Click Proceed to Checkout. If prompted, Login into your account or Register if this is your first order. Choose a delivery method and follow the steps: Courier delivery to your door Click Continue Review your order details below your Order Summary. Choose your preferred payment method and apply any gift vouchers or coupon codes you want to use on your order, and complete your payment. Follow the steps below to help you apply your gift voucher or coupon code. Order confirmation Once you have completed your order, you will be taken to a confirmation page. You will also receive an email confirming your order number and estimated delivery or collection date.

Can I return my product?To check whether your product is eligible for return: Please email sales@dampfin.com. Specify the details of your return. You will be informed of the eligibility pertaining to Returnable and Non-Returnable products. Product Packaging If you have changed your mind and would like to return an unwanted product, note that these items can only be returned if they are in the original product packaging with all seals intact, including labels and stickers. Returning a product without accessories or its partner productThe complete product, including all its accessories and partner product has to be returned, as we may need to provide you with a complete replacement or full credit / refund.

How do I return a manufacturer warranty product?A Manufacturer Warranty product is a product whereby the relevant supplier or manufacturer chooses to manage defective product returns directly with the customer. Please proceed to email sales@dampfin.com Provide us with your order number and specify the reason for returning. Please specify instruction on how to proceed with your Manufacturer Warranty product return. Additional Info: A Manufacturer Warranty comes into effect after 7 days of receiving the product and is only applicable to defective products. Returns for any other reason will be facilitated by Dampfin, provided the return is logged within 7 days of receiving the product.

All about return methods & feesPickup Service: We will arrange a pickup for you based on the given address. A 110 ZAR , up to 550 ZAR fee per return request will be deducted from your refund depending on the weight of the said order. When logging a return simply email sales@dampfin.com Please specify an address from your address book or simply add a new one. Important Notice: Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide. Please make sure you don't include non-Dampfin items by accident in your return package as we will not be responsible for sending them back to you.

How will I get my refund?Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your Dampfin Wallet or the original payment account as per your request. Note: The original shipping fees and guarantee fees are non-refundable. Note: If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support within 90 days from the date your order was placed.
